Opera companies, theatrical producers, and film companies are following the lead of Hawaii Opera Theatre, who last year ordered over 100 custom-made costumes for their stunning new production of The King and I starring Richard Chamberlain and Sylvia McNair.  Opera Asia's designers and tailors produced the costumes in a short time, and for the same cost as renting a pre-fabricated set from another show, H.O.T. was able to get a complete, original package.

 An array of costumes from existing productions as diverse as The Magic Flute and Aida are already available and very reasonable rental rates.
